The CCAPS-Screen is an assessment that gives you an idea of what sort of stress you are experiencing. This is an anonymous screening tool that gives you information to consider about your mental health in the last 2 weeks. It measures your stress levels in the areas of depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, academic distress, eating concerns, frustration, family distress and alcohol use. When answering, please consider the last 2 weeks. The results are not a clinical diagnosis. Your individual results are not viewed by anyone at the University but are for you to be aware of as you are considering campus or community mental health resources.
